Rolf McDaniel Mr. McDaniel is the Owner and President of McDaniel Financial Group, Inc., a retirement, investment and insurance planning company for 32 years. He is a former high school teacher and basketball coach. He has served as deacon and elder of Cawson St. Church of Christ in Hopewell and has been a teacher of adult Bible class for 35 years. Rolf is very active in the community, serving as President of Eagles Baseball (Hopewell-Prince George American Legion baseball program). He is currently the President of Hopewell-Prince George Chamber of Commerce. Rolf is married to Trilby, and they have two adult sons and three grandchildren. Rolf has served for six years on the Capital Region FCA Board of Directors and is a former Board Chair. |

Richard Ellis Richard is a native of East Tennessee. He received a B.S. in Transportation from the University of Tennessee and has been working in the Transportation Industry for the past 25 years. He is currently the Director of National Accounts Pricing for Estes Express Lines here in Richmond VA. For relaxation, Richard enjoys golf, volleyball and is a kit car enthusiast. Most recently he completed a replica of a 1965 Shelby Cobra. A Member of Richmond’s First Baptist Church, Richard has been involved with FCA in one way or another since High School. |

Wade “Bill” Chambers A member of Lyndale Baptist Church, Bill is a retired teacher and coach of 40 years. In 1999, he was inducted into the Hall of Fame at Randolph-Macon College where he played both baseball and basketball. This year, he was inducted into the Collegiate Hall of Fame, where he coached for 27 years. Bill has been involved with FCA since the initial “Metropolitan” chapter through John Marshall High School in 1967. |

Doug Greenwood Doug is a graduate of Taylor University and is a former teacher of Government and Economics at Lee Davis High School. He coached football and track from 1977-1983. After a career as a teacher, he went into the financial planning and investment business and now has his own firm, Greenwood Financial Group. Doug has been married to his wife, Cathy, for 29 years and they have 2 daughters Blaire (also an FCA volunteer) and Allison. Mr. Greenwood has been involved with FCA since he was in high school, and is a former Board Chair. |

James O’Hanlon Jim and his wife Claudia were introduced to the local FCA by attending the Annual Banquet in 2006. Jim retired as President and Chief Operating Officer of Dominion Energy, in 2002. Jim received his B.S. degree from the U.S. Naval Academy and has done graduate work at Pennsylvania State University. He has over 40 years of nuclear safety and operating experience including eight years in the U.S. Nuclear Navy. Jim is a Captain (retired) in the U.S. Naval Reserves. Jim and Claudia enjoy traveling, golf, and reside in the Goochland area. They attend West End Assembly of God. |

Earl Johnson Mr. Johnson earned degrees from both Randolph-Macon (in General Sciences) and Virginia Tech (in Electrical Engineering). He is in charge of the sales and real estate disciplines for Rainbow Station, an early childhood preschool, after-school, and sick childcare facility. He has also designed and constructed commercial, industrial, and institutional projects since 1975. He was licensed as a general contractor in 1987 and formed Genesis, a design-build firm. Earl has served as Chair of the Board and has been involved with FCA for several decades. Earl is married to Gail and they are active members of West End Assembly of God Church. |

Angela Maidment Angela works for Estes Express Lines as Director of Real Estate & Economic Development. Angela has been involved with FCA for a number of years using her expertise in planning and contract negotiation to help with successful banquets. She has felt a call on her heart to get more involved with a youth-related ministry where she could spend more time making a difference. Angela desires to fulfill the FCA vision through the Camp and Community Teams. |

Dr. Darcy Mays Darcy is the Chair of the Department of Statistical Sciences & Operations Research for Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU). Darcy has been a supporter for several years both financially, and with his time in helping to start the FCA at VCU. He dedicated much of his early time with FCA to being a steady presence in the lives of the students at VCU to encourage and equip them to promote and expand FCA. He has also helped provide scholarship assistance to get students to the regional college retreat. Darcy desires to fulfill the FCA vision through the Campus and Coaches Teams. |

John Williams John and his wife have been a blessing to tens of thousands through FCA, in particular, through their efforts to get national speakers such as RV Brown into dozens of schools from Oklahoma to Florida and Virginia. John’s professional background includes working in the private sector at the executive level of publishing companies and in the public sector when under the Reagan administration he worked to ensure that international missile treaties were successfully adhered to by the U.S.S.R. John desires to fulfill the FCA vision through the Campus Team. He has been married to Karin for almost forty years. They have two grown children and four grandchildren who live in the Richmond metro area. John has focused his energies on working with the FCA, Needles Eye, his church, where he is a Stephen Leader, and other regional ministry outreaches. |

Adm. Frank Rennie, IV Rear Admiral Frank F. Rennie IV is an attorney at CowanGates. He is assigned as the Battle Staff Director and Deputy Operations Director for the United States European Command. Raised in the Richmond area, Frank graduated from the United States Naval Academy in 1976. Upon release from active duty in 1981, he received his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Richmond. Rear Adm. Rennie is a partner in the Richmond law firm of CowanGates P.C., where his emphasis is civil litigation. He is also active in a number of church, civic, and school organizations. Frank has been involved with FCA since he was a huddle leader at the FCA Black Mountain Camp in North Carolina. |

Martin Coleman Marty has a BS in Business Ecomonics from the University of Georgia and a Master of Arts Christian Education from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. Marty is a full time workplace caregiver and life coach. He has dedicated his life to ministering to employees and businesses, helping them through times of crisis. After briefly moving from Richmond to Raleigh, he founded CoCare, a faith-based, employee assistance provider. He has experience in helping managers and owners successfully manage the difficult situations that occur in the workplace such as suicide, substance abuse, workplace accidents, violence in the workplace, domestic issues, ethical matters, and many others. He is married to Vickie and they attend Bon Air Baptist Church. |

W. Joseph Owen, III Joe began practicing law in 1976 after receiving his J.D. from the University of Virginia Law School. He is an experienced and well-respected trial lawyer who has achieved large jury verdicts and settlements in civil cases and excellent results for clients in criminal cases. He holds an AV rating in Martindale Hubble and has been recognized as one of Virginia’s Legal Elite, selected by his peers, in Virginia Business magazine. He is currently the Chairman of the Drug Court Foundation of Chesterfield County and has served on the Board of Directors of the Virginia Association of Defense Attorneys. Joe received a B.S. degree from the University of Richmond, where he was a scholarship football player. Joe has been involved with FCA since college, is a former National Board of Trustee Member. He and his wife are active in recovery ministries at Northstar Church. |

Brian Bortell Brian is the President and Chief Operating Officer at Timmons Group, a civil engineering, planning, and design firm. Brian graduated from Virginia Tech in 1985 where he received a BS in Civil Engineering and later went on to earn an MBA from Averett College in 1996. He’s been involved with FCA since his time at Tech. Brian is an accomplished tri-athlete who has competed in the Iron-man Competition in Hawaii. Along with being involved in multiple professional organizations, Brian serves on the Board of Directors for the Midlothian Rotary and is a 2004 graduate of Leadership Metro Richmond. He and his wife Angela and their two teenagers live in Midlothian. They attend Bon Air Baptist Church. |

Ronnie Lamb Ronnie serves as Youth Pastor at Manna Christian Fellowship Church in Richmond, Virginia where he provides spiritual Leadership to middle and high school youth. Since 1997, he has served as a Ministry Volunteer at the Virginia Department of Juvenile Justice, providing incarcerated youth ages 13 to19 with monthly Bible study and bi-monthly fellowship and leisure activities. Ronnie is teacher and coach at Hanover High School and was instrumental in getting FCA started at several high schools and universities. |

Howard Adams Howard is a Financial Planner, Commonwealth Financial Group. He has been a coach, supporter and advocate for FCA with high schools from Chesterfield and Henrico to Middlesex county. He has a heart to mentor young athletes to be Christ-like and a desire to instruct others to use a Biblical coaching model with their teams. He has been very involved with the OW2P Golf Tournament through the years. Howard desires to fulfill the FCA vision through the Coaches and Campus Teams. |
