Adm. Frank Rennie, IV
Chairman
Rear Admiral Frank F. Rennie IV is an attorney at CowanGates. He is assigned as the Battle Staff Director and Deputy Operations Director for the United States European Command. Raised in the Richmond area, Frank graduated from the United States Naval Academy in 1976. Upon release from active duty in 1981, he received his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Richmond. Rear Adm. Rennie is a partner in the Richmond law firm of CowanGates P.C., where his emphasis is civil litigation. He is also active in a number of church, civic, and school organizations. Frank has been involved with FCA since he was a huddle leader at the FCA Black Mountain Camp in North Carolina.

Richard Ellis
Richard is a native of East Tennessee. He received a B.S. in Transportation from the University of Tennessee and has been working in the Transportation Industry for the past 25 years. He is currently the Director of National Accounts Pricing for Estes Express Lines here in Richmond VA. For relaxation, Richard enjoys golf, volleyball and is a kit car enthusiast. Most recently he completed a replica of a 1965 Shelby Cobra. A Member of Richmond’s First Baptist Church, Richard has been involved with FCA in one way or another since High School.

Fred Larmore
Fred is a native of Richmond. He received a BA in Psychology from Hampden-Sydney College in 1974, where he played basketball and baseball. He is a member of Third Presbyterian Church. Fred has been a REALTOR in Richmond for over thirty years. He enjoys golf and creative writing. He was first exposed to FCA at Douglas S. Freeman High School. He is married to Peggy and has two sons.

Angela Maidment
Angela works for Estes Express Lines as Director of Real Estate & Economic Development. Angela has been involved with FCA for a number of years using her expertise in planning and contract negotiation to help with successful banquets. She has felt a call on her heart to get more involved with a youth-related ministry where she could spend more time making a difference. Angela desires to fulfill the FCA vision through the Camp and Community Teams.

Dr. Darcy Mays
Darcy is the Chair of the Department of Statistical Sciences & Operations Research for Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU).Darcy has been a supporter for several years both financially, and with his time in helping to start the FCA at VCU. He dedicated much of his early time with FCA to being a steady presence in the lives of the students at VCU to encourage and equip them to promote and expand FCA. He has also helped provide scholarship assistance to get students to the regional college retreat. Darcy desires to fulfill the FCA vision through the Campus and Coaches Teams.

Robbie Parker
Robbie Parker has been involved with FCA in high school in Va Beach in 1980. He is a graduate of Longwood College and now serves as a Diabetes Sales Consultant. He is a member of Woolridge Road Church and has been active in an on-going small group for 5 years. He is married 25 years to Anne and they have four children: Lauren (college), Reid (college), Madison (10th Cosby High School) and Charlie (7th Tomahawk Creek Middle).

Blaire Greenwood
Blaire is a graduate of Taylor University where she majored in Business Administration. After graduating in 2005, she joined her father, Doug, in the financial services industry. Blaire got involved with the Fellowship of Christian Athletes when she attended her first camp in 6th grade in Maryland. She participated in the huddle at her middle school, Chickahominy Middle. When she started high school at Atlee High in Mechanicsville, VA, her parents began an FCA huddle. She was active in that for 4 years, serving as a leader and attending 3 leadership camps. She currently goes to church at Immanuel Baptist in Richmond, VA
